Just Harriet - Book Review

Number of page : 226 Hi, My name is Adhyan. Today I am reviewing Just Hariet written by Elana K Arnold. The same author who wrote “A boy called BAT” which I read in first grade. I got this book from the school. There was a reading program in my school. Everyone got one copy of book to read, just like me. Teacher handed over this to me and we need to read it in home. Now every morning in our morning announcement teacher asks us questions from the book. We have a box called Way-to-go box in my school. We get slips if we are helpful, wise, kind, attentive and safe. We put our slips in that box. Every end of Thursday someone from us win a stuffed animals of Monney-penny or Matzo ball. These are characters from the book. Monney-penny is a dog and Matzo ball is a furry little cat. I already read the full book with my dad. And that’s why I am recording this review. A short explanation of SCHOOL BREAKS

Breaks are short or long holidays from school where you can have fun.So in this blog I’m going to explain in my opinion about 5 types of school breaks, Day off’s Day off’s are 1 day breaks that sometimes comes after the weekend . 1 day weekends are fun but you cant sleep late on the night of the 1day weekend and for the fact that the next day is a school day so basically you have 24 hours for free time. Early release’s Early release’s only come on Wednesday and you get half of the time for free time.Your basically in school for 12 hours and have free time for 12 hours so it’s 50/50 for both.And it is fun as well. SUMMER BREAK Summer vacation is a 3 month holiday and it starts after the last day of school.You can do anything like going to the beach, going to an amusement park, going to the pool you can have fun and sleep late.You can have all the fun you want in a summer vacation. WINTER BREAK Winter break is a 10 day break where you can go sledding or have a snowball fight...

My accident with Adrit - MY FRIEND

My accident with Adrit started on the bus in afternoon at school today.I went on the bus. I thought every thing was going to be fine.Adrit sat a space next to another student.I sat in the window spot in the school bus seat.And just before the bus started going I grabbed my water bottle, but I didn’t realize that where I was swinging my bottle I was in Adrit’s surroundings.Then I hit Adrit in the lips. Adrit was crying in pain. I tried to apologize. The bus driver handed him a tissue for his lips.I was ashamed of what I have done.I cried. The student next to me calmed me down .I tried to make him feel better.When our bus stoped at our stop I walked home acting fine , but I was not fine.When I came to the back porch of our house I kicked the chair ,slammed the pantry door, and cried.Dad asks me what was wrong.
